Legacy Photo Restore restores photographs for UK funeral homes. For anything about your data, email hello@legacyphotorestore.com.

What we collect

The emails you send us and the contact details in them, the photographs you send, and the details we need to invoice your funeral home.

This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, restore and return your photographs, and invoice your funeral home. We never sell or share your data, and we never use a photograph in our marketing without your written permission.

How long we keep it

Photographs are kept only as long as we need them to complete your order, and we delete them whenever you ask. We keep invoices and related business records for as long as UK law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@legacyphotorestore.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
